Today I am speaking with Vinice, a Dyslexic, Dyspraxic, ADHDer social worker working with children and families. In our conversation, Vinice shares her 10-year journey in social work where she has been a team manager in children's services and is now a child protection subject matter expert. Vinice shares her battle with imposter syndrome.
Vinice explains that her thought structure and ability to find patterns help her in her practice and credits these skills to her neurodivergence. Vinice talks about her experience of being a neurodivergent manager, exploring the strengths and the challenges.
