In today’s conversation, I am talking with Carolyn, a social worker with Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Dyscalculia, who works with adults. Carolyn has been a social worker for 7 years and explains she loves every part of her job. Carolyn shares how she was diagnosed Dyslexic at 38 years old and had never considered she was neurologically different. Carolyn talks about some of the challenges associated with Dyspraxia and how her managers supported her to get the Dyspraxia diagnosis. Carolyn shares how mind mapping software helps her organise her thoughts and ideas.
