Today I am talking with Charlotte a ADHDer, Autistic and Dyslexic social worker working with children. In our conversation, Charlotte explains her neurological profile – sharing her strengths in seeing details, thinking outside of the box, and perspective-taking.
Charlotte explains how these strengths support her in her practice. Charlotte and I explore the effort we put into staying organised and the high standards we have around organisation in order to fit neurotypical systems.
