2. Neurodivergent Social Work Voices Campaign: Jayne

Today I am speaking to Jayne a dyslexic social worker working with adults. Jayne shares how she was diagnosed Dyslexic at university, and it answered so many questions about her differences in memory, attention and reading. Jane explores how access to work supported her in employment without a diagnosis and why having a knowledgeable manager can significantly improve our work experiences. Jane also uncovers the hidden gem of admin support through access to work! Jayne finishes by discussing a supervision model she devised during the Covid-19 pandemic.
