9. Neurodivergent Social Work Voices Campaign: Tash

In today’s conversation, I am speaking with Tash, an autistic and dyslexic social worker working with adults. In our conversation, Tash talks about how she loved Covid for creating a learning world/bubble which met her needs. Tash talks about her wealth of strengths and how she has come to understand these as strengths. Tash discusses how we can be self-critical because of the external narratives we are told by others and subsequently, we can find it difficult to identify our strengths. Tash talks about the importance of gathering feedback as a student social worker to develop her toolkit of neurosparkly strengths.
